Preparation

1In a blender, blend banana slices, almond milk, vegan protein powder (if using), lemon zest, lemon juice, chia seeds, and maple syrup until smooth. Optional : ice cubes.

2Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

3In a medium pan over medium heat, toast the granola until it's crispy. Stir frequently.

4Sprinkle the toasted granola over the smoothie in the bowl.

5Add chopped almonds and pumpkin seeds.
