Preparation

    In a blender, blend banana slices, almond milk, vegan protein powder (if using), lemon zest, lemon juice, chia seeds, and maple syrup until smooth. Optional : ice cubes.

    In a medium pan over medium heat, toast the granola until it's crispy. Stir frequently.
